BOOKING DETAILS
*We accept most credit/debit cards. The person confirming the booking is responsible for paying all monies due.
*No rooms can be reserved without the correct credit card information required.
*Once a reservation is confirmed, The Crown Glastonbury has the right to charge the full amount to the customer’s credit card. All cheques payable to "The Crown Glastonbury" must have cleared before bookings can be reserved.
*Cancellation of bookings will be accepted, and full refunds will be made, if the cancellation is received 7 days or more prior to the first stay date.We are particularly cognisant of the difficulties in arranging travel in the current climate & will apply common sense at all times.
ROOM REGULATIONS
*Your room will be ready by 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and the latest you can be booked in is 23.00 hours unless prior arrangements have been made with reception. You must vacate your room by 11am on the last day of your stay. Should you wish to stay on in your room after 11am on the last day, this may be arranged by mutual agreement if there is a late arrival for the room on the day. Common sense will prevail.
MISSING ITEMS
The Crown Glastonbury will not be responsible for any items missing or damaged.
OFF ROAD PARKING
The Crown Glastonbury is situated in the centre of Glastonbury & does not have a car park. There are a number of public car parks within a very short walk that are very reasonably priced (https://www.mendip.gov.uk/article/7225/Car-Parks-in-Glastonbury). The Crown Glastonbury does not accept any responsibility for any damages caused to customer's vehicles or their contents under any circumstances. All guest's parking at The Crown Glastonbury do so at their own risk.
AIRPORT/TRAIN SHUTTLE
Transport can be arranged with reputable local Taxi Co.'s to nearby airports and train stations.
PERSONAL BEHAVIOUR
The Crown Glastonbury expects all guests to take care or our property whilst they are on our premises. The Crown Glastonbury reserve the right to charge for all damages incurred to our property, or lost items belonging to The Crown Glastonbury.
*All guests are responsible for their personal behaviour: damages to property will be charged accordingly to the guests credit card.
FIRE REGULATIONS
The Crown Glastonbury meets the current fire regulations. The Establishment does not accept any responsibility for guest’s personal property or any personal injuries to guest’s regardless of the cause.
NON SMOKING
The Crown Glastonbury is a "NON SMOKING" ENVIRONMENT, for your protection all areas are monitored with highly sensitive smoke detectors. Any one not obeying these rules will be subject to immediate discharge from the property, and The Crown Glastonbury reserve the right to charge the guests credit/debit card for the cleaning of all affected areas inside the Crown Glastonbury.
*To save any embarrassment, please adhere to the "NON SMOKING" signs whilst on the property.
*Smoking is permissible in a designated area in the back patio area, where a smoking shelter is provided, and in front of The Crown.
