We had a lovely room except for the fact that every door being closed nearby we could hear as you have to pull the room doors very hard to close them including the Adel room which we stayed in. Needs to be looked at.Staff very helpful and would stay again once the door problem is sorted out. Having two keys would also have helped because if one person goes upstairs from the restaurant or bar the other person is stuck as you need a key-card to access the guest floor.- Rob H
